Emirates launches new daily flight from Glasgow to Cambodia

 
Scottish travellers have received a further boost as Emirates launch a new flight connection between Glasgow Airport and Phnom Penh in Cambodia while increasing flights to Hanoi, Vietnam and Nairobi, Kenya.

The inaugural flight departed from Dubai on 01 July 2017 with flights to Phnom Penh now operating daily.

Emirates flight EK26 departs Glasgow Airport daily at 21:35, arriving into Dubai at 07:55 the following morning, with the onward flight departing Dubai at 09:15, arriving into Phnom Pen at 21:25.

The return flight departs Phnom Pen at 23:10, arriving into Dubai at 05:40, with the onward flight departing Dubai at 07:50, arriving into Glasgow at 12:35 lunchtime.

With a total journey time of just 17 hours and 50 minutes, Emirates offer Scotland's shortest journey to Cambodia.

Alongside a new route to Phnom Penh, Emirates has increased the number of flights it operates on existing routes with the airline now flying daily from Glasgow to Hanoi, Vietnam while offering three daily flights to Nairobi, Kenya, via the airlines Dubai hub.

Passengers connecting in Dubai with Emirates benefit from checking-in at Glasgow Airport with their bags being checked through to their final destination and when checking-in at Glasgow, passengers will receive boarding passes for their flight to Dubai and those for the onward connecting flight, giving passengers a seamless and hassle-free connection.
